Dr. Paulin Bélanger founded Bélanger Optometry Clinic 80 years ago. Soon after, he opened his office at the corner of De La Salle and Ste-Catherine-East in 1943, in his native neighbourhood.
Bélanger Optometry Clinic has undergone several transformations to meet the ever-growing demand of its clientele. Today, the clinic covers an area of 8000 sq. ft., while maintaining its personalized approach. Bélanger Optometry Clinic distinguishes itself as much by the competence of its optometrists as by its services at the cutting edge of technology.

OD - Optometrist
A Beauce native, Dr. Fanny Rodrigue moved to Montreal in 1999 to do her Ph.D. in Optometry.
The recipient of a grant from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada, she completed internships at the Atlanta Eye Surgery Group and the Clinique Universitaire de la Vision of the University of Montreal, where she obtained her Ph.D. in Optometry in 2002.
During her professional career, her interests have led her to take part in humanitarian optometry missions in Haiti, Mexico, Peru, and Benin.
In 2019, in addition to her practice, she became involved in the Quebec government's pre-school screening program, L'École de la vue.
She is known for her patience and dedication. Her experience in different environments and with various clienteles has allowed her to acquire sound clinical judgment. At the clinic, she favours a collaborative approach with her patients.
